With over 30 years experience in the water/wastewater industry, Mr. Soehner has worked with various engineering firms to provide operational assistance at wastewater plants throughout the Northeast. Mr. Soehner’s experience in designing and building belt filter press systems, and project management of repair/builds of centrifuge and cake pumping systems, multiple hearth incinerators (including new gas systems, afterburners, control systems, and continuous emission monitoring systems) provides Blue Heron customers with unparalleled problem solving capabilities and project efficiencies.

C.W. is on-site, at Blue Heron jobs throughout the region, every day, and is well versed in heavy (construction) equipment operation, job/site safety supervision (OSHA certified), personnel management and job-cost-oversight.  His ability to coordinate, supervise and manage all aspects of a project (or projects), large and small, continue to be his signature as Chief of Operations.

Matthew is the inside coordinator and support for Blue Heron projects. His proficiencies in project management software (providing time, material and cost analysis), his meticulous day-to-day reconciliation of work performed to the pay app process, and his coordinated deliveries of materials and equipment to job sites, make him a key asset to the Blue Heron organization and customer satisfaction.

John has been with Blue Heron for over twenty years.  His skill set includes a vast knowledge of wood, steel and concrete construction, and mechanical build/repair.  His attention to detail, his understanding of engineering requirements and concerns, and his focus on project safety make John key to the success of Blue Heron projects throughout the region.
